Got an old or fairly old spare video card - AGP or PCIe - I think your MB might have an AGP slot as well. That way you can have dual monitor setup with the 3rd video card and run the SLI (2 x 7800's) as the gaming video.
I'm told that will work.
I've got an old Asus Ti 4600 (AGP) - 128 MB video card - I think it still works, not sure though. Was having problems with it and switched it out to an old 440 MX.
